2. Personal data collected

When you use the site, the following data may be collected:

first and last name,
email address,
phone number (if provided),
content of the message sent via the form,
content of the messages exchanged with the chat assistant (live chat) and the page where the conversation started,
IP address (via audience measurement tools),
browsing data (pages viewed, visit duration, device used).

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is used solely to:

respond to enquiries sent via the contact form,
follow up on those exchanges,
improve the site’s user experience,
measure the site’s audience and performance,
serve targeted advertising where applicable.

4. Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on:

the controller’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent via the form,
the user’s consent for the placement of non-essential cookies (audience measurement, advertising).

Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie manager.

5. Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for 12 months from the last exchange.

Live chat conversations are kept for 90 days after the last message, then deleted automatically. The chat assistant is powered by Moon AI (Stellarr Studio); message content is processed to generate replies and is not used for advertising purposes.

Cookie-related data is kept for a maximum of 13 months.

Personal data is intended for:

the data controller,
authorised staff within the establishment,
technical providers (hosting, maintenance, audience measurement tools).

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties.

7. Processors and hosting

As of today, the site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies: only cookies strictly necessary for its operation are used. Should such tools ever be enabled, they would only run after your consent has been obtained via the cookie manager. The tools that may be used are:

Google Ads (advertising)
Meta · Facebook / Instagram Ads (advertising)
Apex (ticketing and booking)
