Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Any booking becomes firm and final once payment or a deposit has been confirmed. La Fonderie reserves the right to refuse any booking in the event of previous inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with the terms.
Payment
Payment can be made:
- on site (cash, bank card, other accepted methods),
- online via the secure Apex platform.
Online payments are secured by the technical provider. La Fonderie has no access to customers’ bank details. In the event of non-payment or a declined transaction, the booking may be cancelled.

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. La Fonderie reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
Services are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force on the day of booking.
Cancellation and changes

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specified date.

For birthday packages:

La Fonderie reserves the right to exclude anyone in the event of dangerous or inappropriate behaviour.
Groups and corporate bookings
Specific terms (quotation, deposits, particular arrangements) are set out in the accepted quotation.
Payment of a deposit definitively confirms the booking. In the event of a late cancellation, the deposit may be retained.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers:
- are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase,
- are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash,

- give rise to no refund if lost.
